Butt-welded Concentric Reducers Material and Standard
1. Butt-welded concentric reducers main materials of butt-welded concentric reducers include carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, etc. to meet the needs of different piping systems. Among them, carbon steel reducers have good strength and toughness and are suitable for general industrial environments; stainless steel reducers have excellent corrosion resistance and are suitable for corrosive media; alloy steel reducers combine high strength and corrosion resistance and are suitable for harsh environments such as high temperature and high pressure.

Structure and Characteristics
1. Structure: Butt-welded concentric reducer consists of two pipe sections of different diameters through a smooth transition section, keeping the centerline of both the same. Its connecting end face is usually equipped with a welding bevel, which facilitates butt-welding connection with the pipe.
2. Features:

Stainless steel material is resistant to corrosion and can withstand high temperatures. This product is manufactured in accordance with 3A standards for process line applications including food & beverage industries.

Application and Selection
