Sealing Surface Type
The main types of sealing surfaces for plate type flat welding flanges include full-flat plate flanges (FF) and raised face plate flanges (RF).
Execution Standard And Connection Form
● Execution standards: follow the standards of the Ministry of Chemical Industry (e.g. HG20593-2009, HG20615-2009), national standards (e.g. GB/T9119-2010, GB/T2555-81), standards of the Ministry of Mechanical Affairs (e.g. JB/T81-94, JB/T74-94, JB/T75-94), as well as the standards of the ship (e.g. CB M1001-81) etc.
● Connection form: single-sided welding and double-sided nut connection are used. Specifically, the pipe is inserted inside the inner diameter of the flat welding flange to be welded, and then fixed with bolts and nuts on both sides.
Manufacturing Process And Advantages
1. Manufacturing process: including pure material forging, gross material forging (second), applicable to SO flange and necked butt-welding flange; steel plate applicable to flat welding flange. It is manufactured through the process of opening the material by suboxidizing furnace, forging as a whole or finished forging and cutting molding, turning by high-precision numerical control lathe and drilling by numerical control rocker arm drill.
